Your safety and hassle-free HAVAL driving experience is of paramount importance to us at all times. That’s why HAVAL offers you roadside assist cover for 3 years or 60,000 km’s whichever comes first on all new HAVAL vehicles.

Key services offered include*:

  1. Jump-start a flat battery or battery replacement.
  2. Arranging for access to the vehicle, a locksmith or a tow will be at the drivers’ expense where the key has been lost or stolen or locked inside the vehicle.
  3. Minor roadside repairs where it is safe and possible to do so at the roadside.
  4. Breakdown towing to the nearest HAVAL approved dealer.
  5. Advice/referral assistance to alter or make onward arrangements for accommodation, car rental, travel and vehicle recovery.
